Environmental Forum
The IBERDROLA Environmental Forum is an innovative initiative involving a workgroup which since 2008 brings together external experts and managers of the Company’s main areas.
These annual meetings are held in order to discuss topical issues and address the obligations undertaken with external members. Each meeting takes stock of the commitments set in previous years.
Biodiversity conservation, the fight against climate change, energy efficiency or environmental management have been the main topics discussed at the various forums held by the Group both in Spain and in Scotland through ScottishPower.
The setting up of this group confirms IBERDROLA’s commitment to establishing ongoing and constructive dialogue with its stakeholders to determine their opinions and expectations regarding the Company’s activities in this field.
